Terms of Service

iHave–iWant is a platform where users list items or skills they have and exchange them with other users. Wilum provides the venue only: we are not a party to any exchange between users, we do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items listed, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any trade. You exchange with other users at your own judgement and risk.

The service is currently in an early-access (alpha) phase. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person.

You may not list, offer, or exchange:

• anything illegal in your jurisdiction, or stolen goods;
• weapons, drugs, or other regulated or hazardous items;
• counterfeit or infringing goods;
• adult or sexually explicit content;
• content that is hateful, harassing, or deceptive.

You also may not spam, scrape, probe, overload, or otherwise abuse the platform, attempt to bypass moderation or security controls, or use the service to attack others.

Listings and photos are screened automatically (including by AI systems) and may be reviewed manually. We may reject, hide, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. If content cannot be verified as safe, it will not be published.

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Wilum a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and process your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service — including automated safety screening, image processing (such as thumbnails or watermarks), and showing your listings to other users. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

Wilums are virtual points used inside the platform. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, or redeemed for cash, and are not transferable. We may adjust how points are earned or spent, and may correct balances affected by errors or abuse.

Some areas of wilum.co require paid membership. Payments are processed by third-party providers or confirmed manually from an uploaded receipt. Membership is granted after review of the payment. Refunds are handled case by case in accordance with applicable consumer law — contact info@wilum.co.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilum is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for losses arising from exchanges between users, or for user-generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, announced in the product. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: info@wilum.co.
